Ordering policy
How to place an order?
Choice A: Please visit: www.alexans.com/size.htm for the complete catalogue and fill up the ordering form and send to sales@alexans.com,comor fax to: 00862-755-27671176, attention Mr. kang.
Choice B: Send us email sales@alexans.com and provide the following information: catalogue #, color, length (for FC-215, 217, 218, 219, 221 only) and quantity, your shipment address.
Choice C: If you are located in China, please contact Mr. kang 0755-27671156 for the ordering information
Minimum ordering quantity
24 pcs/color per size (for the styles with different sizes) for each style.
Sample availability
Samples are available from our factory in China. We will charge a sample fee (10% on top of the price for 24 pcs/color) and the shipment fee using DHL. The shipment fee for 1-2 pcs of samples for countries in Europe, North America or Australia are about US$30. The sample fee can be paid through your agents in China directly to Mr. kang or to our sales office in Montreal by money order or Paypal. The sample could could be refunded on your accumulated orders of US$1000 or more.Lead time
The normal lead time for orders of 1000 pcs or below is about 2 weeks. Depending on the season, this lead time could vary. For orders about 10,000 pcs is about 30 days.
Shipment methods
For Small quantity of orders, we normally ship using DHL. other express.The cost for total weight of 21 kg or above is about US$7-8/kg for Europe, North America, and Australia. For quantities above 100 kg the price could drop accordingly. You can also specify your own shipment method or use your shipment company to handle the products. For large quantities, shipment by Sea could be arranged.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the flashing collar work?
The flashing effect on the collar is created using LED lights powered by two button batteries of 3 V. On the control box, you could choose two flashing methods, constant light up or flashing.
How does the EL leash work?
The flashing EL lease (FQY-EL-48) is different from the flashing LED lights. It is a string that can give fluorescence like light. It is powered by two AA battery.
For the flashing collar, do you have different light colors.
By default, we have red LED lights on the collar. But we could customize the light according to your requirement provided that you have a minimum order of 200 pcs or above for each style. The available color of lights are: red, green, yellow, orange, blue, purple, white, pink. A new quotation will be provided on different configuration. Adding blue, purple, pink or white color will increase the cost of the collar.
Can the battery be changed after it is exhausted?
The following styles: FC-210,212, 218 are deigned to add logos on top of the control box. To change the battery, the box has to be unscrewed. For other styles, the battery can be easily changed.
Where can I buy the battery?
The battery used in the flashing LED collar is standard. You could buy them in the local stores.
Is the collar water proof?
The collar is designed to be water proof. But due to the property of the nylon, the collar is not supposed to be immersed into water to be in the rainy environment for too long.
